【摘要】:ThefocusoftheIEC61400-25seriesisonthecommunicationsbetweenwindpowerplantcomponentssuchaswindturbinesandactorssuchasSCADASystems.InternalcommunicationwithinwindpowerplantcomponentsisoutsidethescopeoftheIEC61400-25series.TheIEC61400-25seriesisdesignedforacommunicationenvironmentsupportedbyaclientservermodel.Threeareasaredefined,thataremodelledseparatelytoensurethescalabilityofimplementations:1)windpowerplantinformationmodels,2)informationexchangemodel,and3)mappingofthesetwomodelstoastandardcommunicationprofile.Thewindpowerplantinformationmodelandtheinformationexchangemodel,viewedtogether,constituteaninterfacebetweenclientandserver.Inthisconjunction,thewindpowerplantinformationmodelservesasaninterpretationframeforaccessiblewindpowerplantdata.Thewindpowerplantinformationmodelisusedbytheservertooffertheclientauniform,component-orientedviewofthewindpowerplantdata.Theinformationexchangemodelreflectsthewholeactivefunctionalityoftheserver.TheIEC61400-25seriesenablesconnectivitybetweenaheterogeneouscombinationofclientandserversfromdifferentmanufacturersandsuppliers.AsdepictedinFigure1,theIEC61400-25seriesdefinesaserverwiththefollowingaspects:–Informationprovidedbyawindpowerplantcomponent,e.g.,“windturbinerotorspeed”or“totalpowerproductionofacertaintimeinterval”ismodelledandmadeavailableforaccess.TheinformationmodelledinthestandardisdefinedinpartIEC61400-25-2,–servicestoexchangevaluesofthemodelledinformationdefinedinpartIEC61400-25-3,–mappingtoacommunicationprofile,providingaprotocolstacktocarrytheexchangedvaluesfromthemodelledinformation(partIEC61400-25-4).TheIEC61400-25seriesonlydefineshowtomodeltheinformation,informationexchangeandmappingtospecificcommunicationprotocols.TheIEC61400-25seriesexcludesadefinitionofhowandwheretoimplementthecommunicationinterface,theapplicationprograminterfaceandimplementationrecommendations.However,theobjectiveoftheIEC61400-25seriesisthattheinformationassociatedwithasinglewindpowerplantcomponent(suchasthewindturbine)isaccessiblethroughacorrespondinglogicaldevice.ThispartofIEC61400-25specifiesstandardtechniquesfortestingofconformanceofimplementations,aswellasspecificmeasurementtechniquestobeappliedwhendeclaringperformanceparameters.Theuseofthesetechniqueswillenhancetheabilityofuserstopurchasesystemsthatintegrateeasily,operatecorrectly,andsupporttheapplicationsasintended.Figure1–ConceptualcommunicationmodeloftheIEC61400-25series
