【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079specifiestheparticularrequirementsforconstruction,testandmarkingforelectricalapparatusofGroupⅡintendedforuseinZone0asdefinedinIEC60079-10.Thiselectricalapparatus,withintheoperationalparametersspecifiedbythemanufacturer,ensuresaveryhighlevelofprotectionthatincludesrarefaultsrelatedtotheapparatusortwofaultsoccurringindependentlyofeachother.NOTE1Amalfunctionmayresultfromafailureofthecomponentpartsoftheelectricalapparatusorfromanticipatedexternallyappliedinfluences.Twoindependentmalfunctionswhichmayoccurmorefrequentlyandwhich,separately,wouldnotcreateanignitionhazardbutwhich,incombination,couldcreateapotentialignitionhazard,shouldberegardedasoccurringtogethertoformararefault.ThiselectricalapparatusisintendedforuseinZone0hazardousareas,inwhichexplosivegasatmospherescausedbymixturesofairandgases,vapoursormistsundernormalatmosphericconditionsarepresentcontinuously,forlongperiodsorfrequently.ThisstandardalsoappliestoapparatusmountedacrosstheboundarybetweenZone0andZone1.EXAMPLE:Inthewallofastoragevessel.ThisstandardalsoappliestoapparatusinstalledoutsideZone0,butelectricallyconnectedtoapparatusinsideZone0(associatedapparatus).ThisstandardsupplementsthegeneralrequirementsinIEC60079-0andtherequirementsofthestandardizedtypesofprotection,inaccordancewiththeIEC60079series,toadaptthelevelofsafetyprovidedbythosestandardstotheveryhighlevelofriskinZone0.NOTE2IndesigningapparatusforoperationinexplosivegasatmospheresunderconditionsotherthantheatmosphericconditionsgiveninIEC60079-0,thisstandardmaybeusedasaguide.However,additionaltestingisrecommendedrelatedspecificallytotheintendedconditionsofuse.Thisisparticularlyimportantwhenthetypesofprotection'Flameproofenclosure'(IEC60079-1)and'Intrinsicsafety'(IEC60079-11)areapplied.NOTE3TheclassificationofhazardousareasinzonesisdefinedinIEC60079-10.NOTE4Theremaybeothernon-electricalsourcesofignition(forexampleultrasonic,opticalorionizingradiation)thatarenotaddressedbythisstandard;theseshouldalsobetakenintoconsideration(see,forexample,EN1127-1).
