【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheaccuracyofgeneral-purposehobsof0,5moduleto40module.ThesehobsareintendedforproducinggearswhichconformtoISO53andISO54.ThisInternationalStandardappliestohobsforspurandhelicalgears.Itappliestosolid(monobloc)andinsertedbladehobs.Theelementalfeaturesofhobsaregradedaccordingtoaccuracy,asfollows:?Grade4A;?Grade3A;?Grade2A:?GradeA;?GradeB;?GradeC;?GradeD.Grade4Aisthehighestorderofprecision.Inadditiontotheelementaltestsforhobs,thisInternationalStandardgivespermittedtolerancesforcompositeteststhataretakenalongthecuttingedgesonthelineofaction.Thetwogroupsoftestsarenotequivalentandoneshallchoosebetweenoneortheother.Iftherewasnopreviousagreement,thehobisregardedasbelongingtotheprecisionclassspecifiedifitsatisfiesoneortheotherofthetwomethodsofinspection.NOTEThetolerancesinthisInternationalStandardweredeterminedforgearhobswhosedimensionsconformtoISO2490,butwithcertainprecautionstheycanbeappliedtohobsnotspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.
